About Me

My Story

I used to think growth meant fixing myself. When I failed, I'd spiral. Then, I found another way: instead of fighting the tricky parts, I got curious about them and tried to understand them, accept them, even love them. They stopped running the show (at least some of the time!).

I'd always been good at logical thinking and emotional intelligence, but I was largely cut off from my body and my intuition. Then I discovered tantra and other somatic approaches. Coming back into my body opened up a whole new world: not just sensation, but a different way of relating to others and to myself.

My background

Originally from the UK, I've worked across continents and now live near Geneva, Switzerland with my husband Niall. Our three young adult children come and go.

I'm a certified VITA™ Love, Sex & Relationship Coach with over 600 hours of trauma-informed somatic study and practice. Over the years, I’ve studied tantra, kink, and archetypal psychology. I hold a BSc from Cambridge and a PhD in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics. I am bilingual in French and English.

I've always been drawn to unlocking potential in people and in systems. For most of my career, I helped organisations in the social sector understand and increase their social impact. In 2010, I set up the Zoe Sarojini Education Trust in memory of my late sister Zoe, whom we lost to suicide. I serve on the executive committee of Giving Women in Geneva working with grassroots women’s organisations around the world.
